Purchasing
Restrictions
Music CD's shown on www.sonyhawaii.com are available for purchase
to all U.S. states. All other purchases of Sony products are restricted
to the State of Hawaii and its residents only.
Return
Policy
All merchandise purchased from Sonyhawaii.com may be returned within
(30) days from the date of purchase after obtaining an (RMA) return
merchandise authorization. You may call or send an email for the
RMA number. Please refer to your invoice number when requesting
a RMA. Shipping charges are not refundable, you will be credited
only for the purchase price less any deductions based on the condition
of the unit returned and any missing accessories that were supplied
with the unit. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
To obtain an RMA number you may call (800) 894-7669 M-F 8:00am to
4:30pm. Oahu residents please call 834-6611 M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm.
